"My spouse had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the hygienist (possibly a temp), in March 2025. Her behaviour, tone, attitude was condescending and rude. We are not coming back and certainly sharing this feedback with our friends who are looking for an office. You treat patients right, they come back. You don’t treat them right, they are gone. It cost you noting to be nice. If you are stressed and overworked, take the day off, recharge and come back."
