"Very unprofessional in dealing with patients. I had a appointment booked with them for 8th October but when i called today to ask them that I did not received any confirmation SMS which usually they send 1 day prior, the dentist mentioned that probably my insurance does not have enough money left, so they did not confirm my appointment! Surprised that this is coming from a Dental care center that they only will confirm appointment if they have money to extract out of your insurance!!! Maybe they"
