I was asking a simple clarifying question about the difference between a "first time teeth checking" and a "general checking". Instead of providing a clear answer, the staff member responded unhelpfully, saying, "I told you first time checking is covered by insurance every 2 calendar year and general checking is covered every 6 months. "Came in for a wisdom tooth removal. I had a great experience. Dr.Ho and the staff were great. I asked for a stress ball and they gave me a little teddy to hold on too. And I got to take my tooth home! Highly recommend if your a local or need a new dentist. After care steps were provided, as well. Located in main street Unionville and Highway 7. You can't miss good service. Parking at the back. Personalized care, clear and friendly - gold star service."
