"I came here a few years ago to have a white filling redone everything seemed to be okay and then they decided if I wanted to do other things I had to become patient... So much for that contacted multiple times never bothered getting back in touch with me to become a patient so I had to let my dental health go. I've been back at this again for 3 months had to have another rework of the same filling that originally lasted 30 years... Was not done by a senior year student but I third year student"

"My check-in for my appointment wasn’t working, so I went to the front desk. The staff member there looked busy, so I waited patiently. The sign said “closed,” so I stood quietly for a few minutes. Then she abruptly said, “Ma’am, I’m closed,” in a very rude tone. What’s worse is that this isn’t the first time — she was rude the last time I was here as well, but I brushed it off because I assumed she was just having a bad day. There was absolutely no customer service. Even if the desk is closed,"

"Before here I went to a highly professional dentist who ensured my comfort and overall well being in the dental chair when I came here suddenly every procedure was painful even the cleaning they do a terrible job here. For instance, every time I get a filling it feels uneven but they take a 30 minute filling and stretch it two hours because they don’t know what they’re doing it’s painful somehow they always put too much anesthesia but I always feel pain going off of that I recently got my tooth "

"No need to arrive on time or early for appointments your not going to be seen according to your appointment time. They have you wait til other people come in then take you back as a whole. Then if you have a procedure and paying out of pocket you'll be seen before those with medicaid. Then hopefully they don't say you need a x-ray which they call a BCBS and have insurance they won't even attempt to bill the insurance they automically charge you $100 saying they don't try the insurance be they kn"

"I would only recommend this place as a last resort for dental work. In dealing with this clinic it can be a real headache and you have to exercise extreme patience. I've been dealing with U of D Dental Clinic since the Spring of 2023. To be honest, the way in which this dental clinic handles business in general I'm not a fan of. I have to go back & forth to get decent appointment times. The way they handle certain dental procedures they have a habit of going overboard with. When I first started"
