"Would give this place 0. Had multiple bad experiences but continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. Firstly, poorly trained assistants who have no concept of empathy or consideration for the patient. Lack or attentiveness. Second, saw another dentist once as I needed an urgent appointment and she refuted the care plan my original dentist had put in place but recommended i get some cosmetic enhancements to my teeth so i did and a month later it was chipped again and i can feel it. "May was absolutely wonderful. I had my first ever dental cleaning in Canada, and it couldn’t have gone better. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but she was super kind, calm, and explained everything clearly. The whole appointment was relaxed and comfortable, and by the end of it, my teeth felt incredibly clean like brand new. I’m really glad I had my first experience with May.
