"The dentist dropped a tool on my face and didn’t apologize or acknowledge it. They also spilled water down my neck and onto my shirt and also didn’t apologize. And they wouldn’t do direct insurance claim unless I showed them what my coverage is via phone call or coverage booklet which I don’t understand why."
