The lady working there is much kinder and it seems like she’s use to covering his rude disrespect & being his support. I needed a root canal and I am anxious with needles .. I had nerve blocker needles as well as freezing done. The women was very nice and helped me and understood my anxiety. Once she helped me through the needles this RUDE OLD MAN WHO SHOULD RETIRE started working on my tooth. Instant"

"The worst doctor and assistant I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The worst customer service overall. The dentist is extremely rude as if he is doing you a favour and the assistant is extremely incompetent. Unable to send out an email for hours. And god forbid you lose your little prescription paper. The staff had been very supportive and professional to address every concern being very polite and in professional manner from appointment till end.
