"Although my appointment was next day, they told me to pay CAD100. They could easily postpone to another time.This is a general policy but this, ‘we already have a lot of clients’ arrogance is not being helpful at all. The kindness and smiling faces dont last long; once you have a good treatment plan, and tied to the clinic you are the one who has to make people satisfied. A big question mark who is the client and who is the service provider."

"I would normally say it's a five star clinic. Two days ago, I received an email friom Soho Dental, asking me to change the hour of my next day appointment at the request of a hygienist who wanted more time to work on me. I accepted this change but when I arrived at the clinic for my appointment, I found the hygienist who requested the change was not available to me as she was busy elsewhere. I was not amused."
