Dr.Pini was treating my parents as well & had sent my father for oral surgery for a root canal on a Friday but FAILED to tell him their office would be closed for the following week so he would be left with a gaping hole in his tooth & unable to get the crown done for a week minimum. So I brought him to my dentist and had it done within the"

"Scheduled an appt. for 6pm and office hours said they were open until 7pm. Arrived at 6 for scheduled appt. and they locked me out. Receptionist not a good listener. Called me twice to confirm appt. after I had already called once to confirm. Has given me grief in the past. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. RUN AWAY! Will be taking business elsewhere.
