"All the hygienists are amazing! Unfortunately, the one star is due to the office staff as they have very poor client relationship skills. They are unable to efficiently communicate with insurance companies or manage to submit claims via mail. They place all the pressure on the person to submit payment and deal with the insurance directly. This is despite insurance advising otherwise as they pay direct to the provider. Should you dare question this you get harassed by email and phone call. N"
