"I took my aunt in, hoping that they could help me. I made the appointment a week prior. When we went in staff were remarkable. They were very patient and kind. Dr. M was so kind to my aunt who is 86 if she didn’t hear anything, he would repeat it for her, and not in a condescending way which she has experience before in other places. Not only did he do a great job listening and producing what she needed and what she wanted he also had a great sense of humour and also talked with me as well. His "
